One of the most popular blockchain-based games, Knight Story, will launch on the TRON network as of today, March 30th. The dApp developer behind the game, Biscuit Labs, confirmed the news saying that Knight Story has undergone specific updates for its appearance on TRON.

Knight Story To Run On TRON

Biscuit Labs announced its newest partnership with TRON in a press release shared with CryptoPotato. According to it, the blockchain-based game Knight Story had been updated, and as of today, it will run on TRON’s network.

Knight Story is amongst the top 15 most active blockchain-powered games. It’s an RPG where knights, magicians, and archers strive to defeat a gang of ghastly goblins. Players are able to choose from village and dungeon play. They can also experiment with an expanded range of materials, including steel, wood, and tiger bone, from which they can fashion swords, arrows, armor, and bows.

All participants who sign up for Knight Story on TRON will receive a magic bean – the in-game currency.

Knight Story On TRON Network

Biscuit Labs CEO, Jay Lee, commented on the TRON collaboration and the game’s development:

“The Biscuit team is excited to partner with the TRON network, and we hope that all users enjoy a fast and seamless user experience. The team will continue to contribute to the mass adoption of blockchain technology.

The keyword of the Knight Story project is, in a word, compatibility. We focused on maximizing the compatibility between blockchain and the pre-existing system, as well as inter-blockchain compatibility.”

It’s worth noting that the game’s previous title was EOS Knights, as it was the first mobile game to run on the EOS blockchain. Last year though, it started operating on Ethereum’s network as well and introduced a new name – Knight Story.

TRON’s Expansion

The TRON Foundation recently announced another collaboration, this time affecting the project’s native cryptocurrency. It noted that TRX is now available to more users after a partnership with a digital money transfer company – Metal Pay.

The latter’s mobile application will entirely integrate the digital asset. Thus, it will enable users to purchase TRX via fiat currencies by debit card or through a linked bank checking account.

Additionally, U.S.-based citizens could purchase TRX instantly when paying with their VISA cards.
